is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Autism Project, a nonprofit organization that provides consultation, training, and development to companies and organizations serving the Autistic population worldwide. She is also the Co-Founder and President of ABA Business Coach, a company specializing in business coaching for companies in the applied behavior analysis (ABA) realm.
Molly has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades for her work, including the Comcast NBC Universal award, the Autism Light Foundation award, Columbia University’s Medal for Excellence award in 2019, as well as the opportunity to ring the NASDAQ bell alongside her staff.
She has been an invited speaker at multiple events in the fields of leadership, applied behavior analysis, and entrepreneurship. She’s spoken at conferences and universities worldwide, as well as at the United Nations.
Her TEDx talk, titled “Doing Things For Others Doesn’t Help,” discusses the importance of doing things with people, rather than for them.
As a leader in the ABA industry, Molly has supported ABA businesses at all stages of growth and in many different roles. She’s worked with single person start-ups, orgs with thousands of employees and sits on the Board of Gracent, a private equity backed pediatric therapy company.
