    Here's how it works... 

    You apply! If it's a fit, we'll get you started with this month's cohort.
     
    • If your clinic is under $1M in revenue, it’s $2,000/month.
    • If you’re already at $1M+, it’s $2,500/month.
     
    Need a ramp-up runway? Cool—we’ve got two tracks:
     
    • Under $1M? Start at $1,000/month for 3 months, then shift to $2,333/month for the remaining 9.
     
    • At $1M+? Start at $1,500/month for 3 months, then go to $2,833/month for 9 months.

    Then we go month-to-month—as long as you’re loving it and making progress.
